Our service department is the heartbeat of our dealership, and we are looking for a high-energy, organized, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Service Experience Coordinator. The Vibe & The Role: You’ll be sitting right in the center of the action next to our Service Advisors. Think of yourself as the face and voice of our service operations—keeping things moving smoothly, ensuring our customers feel like VIPs, and keeping the team organized. What you’ll be doing daily: The Voice of the Drive: Answer incoming service calls with high energy, answering questions and directing guests. Master of Scheduling: Manage the service calendar, book maintenance appointments, and coordinate unit pickup and delivery schedules. Internal Workflow Guru: Initiate and track internal repair orders for our sales inventory to keep our showroom stocked and ready. The Closer: Cashier repair orders, process payments, and send our customers off with a smile and a great final impression. The approximate pay range for this position is $18.00-$22.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as the geographic location of the position. Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the service department by managing calls, scheduling appointments, and coordinating unit pickups. Handle internal repair orders for sales inventory and process customer payments as a cashier.
