This individual presents a friendly, professional greeting to customers and helps identify, confirm and offer resolutions to customer concerns. You are the communicator between customer and technician. Insuring the customer's needs are understood by the technician and the needed/recommended service/repairs are understood by the customer. Hours are 9am to 6pm Tuesday thru Friday and Saturdays 8am to 2pm. Qualifications Excellent communication skills - Communicates effectively with others, customers and co-workers NO previous automotive experience is required. We are willing to train the right person Previous customer service or sales experience is a plus. The ability to provide our customers with a truly exceptional experience is the only prerequisite.
