Reporting to our Service Manager. This is a permanent full-time role based at our Power Farming Canterbury branch which is located in Rolleston. You will partner with the Service Manager to:

• Assist with the day-to-day activities of the Service Team to ensure work is assigned and completed in a timely manner.
• Coach and mentor our workshop service team, with a focus on our apprentices.
• Develop, communicate and monitor process and workflow within the service department.
• Ensure our customers receive excellent communication and outcomes to support their business
