• Be the first point of contact for our service guests, offering a warm and professional welcome.
• Confirm service appointments and guest information.
• Conduct walkarounds with the guest to identify vehicle concerns.
• Open repair orders in our system with accuracy and care.
• Keep the guest informed, comfortable, and confident throughout their visit.
• Handle customer check-out and payment in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Work closely with our BDC and service team to ensure seamless guest experiences.
