The post holder will be required to work with senior clinical leaders within the divisions and across the Health Board to ensure the medical and dental workforce is organised to deliver high quality patient care, clinical effectiveness and exhibit behaviour, which is in line with the Health Boards values of caring for each other, working together and always improving. The post holder will report directly to the Service Group Director and will be subject to regular performance appraisals in conjunction with the Executive Medical Director
