You will apply Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, and service design methods while partnering with stakeholders and coaching peers. What you will deliver: Lead multiple end-to-end improvement projects to enhance processes, services, and operating models across the University. Apply a blended toolkit of Lean, Six Sigma, BPM, service design, project management, and change methods. Engage and influence senior stakeholders, advocating for service improvement approaches to address complex problems and opportunities. Facilitate workshops to explore current state, co-create future state, and build shared ownership of solutions. Coach and support junior team members, fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and continuous improvement-focused culture. You may be a great fit if: You hold relevant Lean, Six Sigma, or BPM qualifications, or equivalent experience aligned to enterprise agreement expectations. You bring proven experience in service, process, or business improvement within complex, multi-stakeholder environments. You can frame problems, analyse qualitative and quantitative data, and map value streams to identify improvement opportunities. You have applied project management skills, including planning, scheduling, governance, and risk management for improvement initiatives. You have led multidisciplinary teams or working groups using service improvement methodologies to deliver sustainable change. You facilitate engaging workshops and communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse stakeholders, both verbally and in writing. For further information please refer to the attached PD.
