Overview: As a Service Intake Liaison, you will be the critical link between customers and our service technicians, ensuring smooth communication and efficient resolution of service needs. Acting as a subject matter expert and real-time troubleshooter, you will assist customers experiencing technical issues while coordinating with internal teams to deliver timely solutions. This role demands exceptional customer service skills, technical aptitude, and the ability to manage high-volume inbound inquiries with professionalism and accuracy. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers with service-related inquiries. Troubleshoot issues and provide real-time support to resolve problems effectively. Coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely and accurate service delivery. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions. Uphold a high standard of customer satisfaction through empathy and clear communication. Preferred Qualifications: Background in technical support for smoother onboarding Strong communication and active listening skills Problem-solving mindset with a passion for customer satisfaction Previous experience in customer service roles Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus, but not required Familiarity with basic office equipment and proficiency in Office 365 Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greensboro, NC. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
