THE KNOWLEDGE, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS YOU NEED

  • An understanding of ITIL principles (V3 or 4) and the IT Service Management lifecycle
  • A deep understanding of Service Design & Transition processes, including change evaluation/management, service level management and service transition management
  • Awareness of service level agreements (SLAs) and the importance of meeting service commitments
  • Proficient communication skills, with the ability to work alongside and between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experienced and competent in the use of ServiceNow, Jira and Confluence.
  • Good organisation and time management skills, with an ability to manage assigned tasks and support team objectives.

As a Service Integration Analyst, you’ll be at the heart of our Service Integration function. Reporting to the Group Head of Service Operations, you’ll partner closely with project managers, technical teams, and business stakeholders across our Value Streams. Your mission: to ensure every new or updated service meets operational needs and transitions smoothly into Business As Usual (BAU).

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Support Service Design and Transition activities for new and changed services, working with various stakeholders across a complex, multi-function environment
  • Assist in the execution of Service Integration tasks, helping ensure smooth handover of services into Business As Usual (BAU) operations
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops and meetings to contribute to creating end-to-end Service Support Models
  • Support the timely completion of regular reporting activities, including status updates and documentation of Service Integration activity progress
  • Contribute to the design, testing, and implementation of service models and processes, under the direction of senior colleagues
  • Collaborate with colleagues to document and agree Service Support Models, RACIs, through-life information
  • Support the collation and delivery of Service Integration management information and reporting packs
  • Assist in quality review and assurance processes for Service Designs, providing feedback as appropriate
  • Collaborate during HyperCare periods as services move into production, ensuring requirements for successful transition to BAU are met
  • Work with subject matter experts to ensure new or changed services align with operational ways of working
  • Demonstrate a willingness to learn about organisational changes and contribute to change enablement activities.
