Hours per week: 38
Remuneration: Band 7 salary from $112,427.64 per annum plus superannuation and a fortnightly RDO
Location: Werribee based with potential for a hybrid work arrangement

As Service Lead Community and Sector Engagement, you will lead and oversee day-to-day operational management of Community Playgroup, CALD Outreach Worker, and Early Years Community Connectors functions within the Family & Sector Partnerships Unit, to increase access and participation in both Council and community services.
This role will play a pivotal part in providing support and leadership to staff within the team, strategic leadership across service sectors to increase access and participation in both Council and community services, manages financial responsibilities for the teams and ensures the work aligns to Council’s strategic goals.
