Responsibilities

Reporting to the Deputy Manager, you’ll:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations across multiple services
  • Support individuals to achieve personal goals and live valued lives in their community
  • Supervise staff, complete rotas, and provide induction as well as ongoing coaching and guidance
  • Attend and contribute to service user reviews and team meetings
  • Manage and update support plans and risk assessments
  • Complete audits (medication, finances, health and safety)
  • Ensure safeguarding and quality standards are met
  • Deliver hands-on support when needed, covering shifts including evenings and weekends
  • Contribute to effective budgetary management of the service

You’ll split your time approximately 80% on-shift and 20% on administrative tasks – with flexibility to adapt as service needs change.
