FULL-TIME | MON–FRI, 9AM–5PM | DRIVING LICENSE AND OWN TRANSPORT REQUIRED

We’re looking for a caring, compassionate, and talented Service Leader to join our management team, overseeing 2–3 supported living services in the Sefton/Bootle area.

Your Role

  • Lead and support a team of Support Workers
  • Help people live independently in their own homes
  • Oversee care plans, risk assessments & audits
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred support
  • Understand and manage challenging behaviours‍ ‍
  • Recruit, train, and supervise staff

✅ What You’ll Need

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (Minimum)
  • Experience in social care & service management
  • Knowledge of regulations and best practices
  • Full UK driving license & access to a car
