As the Service Leader, you’ll manage the day-to-day operations of our Kensington residential property. With support from your Regional Manager, you’ll lead a team delivering person-centred services that support participants’ goals and independence.

• Role modeling effective person-centered practice
• Providing direction, coaching and development to your team to address learning needs and build capability
• Support the team to provide high-quality services - ensuring each participant’s plans and goals are assessed and evaluated in line with their aspirations
• Provide effective onboarding, orientation and development for the team, supporting their engagement and development
• Conduct regular team meetings and monthly practice supervision sessions for each team member
• Support the team to understand and manage participant risks
