About the Role We’re looking for a Service Leader to oversee one of our residential sites in the Western Sydney region. You’ll manage daily operations, lead a team of support staff, and drive high-quality, person-centred services. You’ll work closely with your Head of Service Delivery and have strong internal support from rostering, recruitment, and workforce planning teams. Lead and coach a team to deliver safe, high-quality, person-centred support Oversee onboarding, supervision, and ongoing development for all team members Support the team to manage participant risks effectively, including complex psychosocial and mental health needs Monitor individual plans and outcomes to ensure goals are being met Run regular team meetings and monthly supervision sessions Build team capability and foster a positive, high-performance culture Why Join Us?
