KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

· Solid understanding of relevant EN standards for climbing facilities and equipment
· Experience in construction and joinery
· Strong communication and customer service skills
· Able to work both independently and as part of a team
· Willingness to travel and work flexible hours

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS

· Forklift License
· PPE Inspector Qualification
· Working at Height Certification
· PASMA (Mobile Access Towers)
· IPAF (Powered Access Platforms)
· Rope Rescue Training

ROLE PURPOSE

We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to join our team as a Service and Maintenance inspector. In this role, you will carry out annual safety inspections of climbing facilities and Clip ‘n Climb centres, while also supporting installation, maintenance, and sales efforts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Conduct annual safety inspections of climbing walls and Clip ‘n Climb centres
· Compile accurate, site-specific inspection reports
· Pick products from warehouse based on sales picking lists
· Assist with installation and maintenance of climbing equipment and structures
· Undertake onsite & inhouse Trublue Servicing and maintenance.
· Support the service centre and installation teams when required
· Perform PPE inspections for internal use and external clients
· Contribute to sales of climbing walls, holds, and safety equipment
· Set climbing routes and complete associated documentation
