Responsibilities

Prioritize personal and team safety; uphold all company and regulatory safety protocols.
Lead maintenance operations, including preventative and corrective tasks on all surface equipment.
Monitor and improve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to field productivity, downtime, and maintenance efficiency.
Maintain a fleet of maintenance equipment, ensuring all tools and vehicles are in proper working condition.
Collaborate with engineers and production leadership to schedule and prioritize maintenance activities.
Handle landowner communications and concerns professionally and promptly.
Ensure job sites are prepared, safe, and equipped before beginning any maintenance or repair work.
Track inventory of surface equipment and materials; complete accurate material transfers and records.
Monitor project costs and manage within approved budgets.
Identify and propose long-term solutions to reduce equipment failures and lower operating costs.
Review and approve field expenditures within delegated budget limits.
Train, coach, and mentor roustabout crews and equipment operators.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and development plans.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all required reports and documentation.
