Service & Maintenance Technician

REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED preferred and 2-4 years experience in the maintenance field. Must have the manual dexterity to operate equipment, work in confined spaces, able to use hand/electric cart, able to use power and hand tools, required crouching and/or crawling, and able to use a ladder. HVAC/Refrigeration experience a plus. Must be able to lift up to 80 lbs. Able to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple changing priorities and ability to work independently. Must have a valid driver’s license and must be insurable as a driver
