The role | Te tūnga As our Service Management Advisor, you’ll lead and oversee key ICT service management processes to ensure reliable, high-quality services that meet business needs. You’ll manage service practices, risk, assurance, and continuous improvement, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Working with Digital Services leaders, stakeholders, and vendors, you’ll provide insightful advice, track performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and support initiatives that lift service delivery across the organisation. You’ll also coordinate corporate reporting, including assurance and Technology Landscape reports, ensuring information is accurate and actionable. Through strong relationships and clear communication, you’ll help align service expectations, offerings, and outcomes to support effective decision-making across Enterprise Digital Services. What you bring | Nōu te rourou Experience leading or overseeing ICT service management, risk, or assurance processes Experience providing evidence-based advice to senior leaders in a complex environment Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data and translate insights into practical recommendations Sound knowledge of service management and/or risk and assurance frameworks, and how they apply in a digital environment Experience contributing to corporate accountability and performance reporting Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, including working with vendors Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills Tertiary qualifications in a business, technical, or related discipline are desirable, or equivalent relevant experience.
