Role: Service Management (Advisor Network) Organization: Wadhwani Foundation | Location: Indoesia Role Purpose: Build and manage a strong ecosystem of mentors, service providers, and consulting firms to support SMEs by matching the right advisors to business needs and driving active engagement through the Wadhwani platform. Key Responsibilities: Onboard mentors (industry & functional experts) across assigned cities Build city-wise networks of service providers (legal, audit, IT, marketing, etc.) Engage 4–5 SME-focused consulting firms per city Source CXO-level advisors pan-India and conduct due diligence Match advisors to SME problem statements and drive active utilization Ensure advisor participation on the community platform and in knowledge sharing KRAs: 30 qualified advisors sourced and onboarded 80% utilization of first 10 curated advisors/firms Advisor NPS ≥ 60 Experience: 3–7 years in ecosystem development, partner/vendor management, consulting coordination, or SME support roles. Strong stakeholder management and networking skills required.
