You know Agile, Scrum, and ITIL frameworks and are always looking for ways to automate and improve processes. You’ve got hands-on experience with Atlassian tools—especially Jira Service Management and Confluence—and you’re comfortable designing scalable solutions that meet business needs. Experience with reporting, dashboards, and integrating Jira with other tools is a big plus. If you have Atlassian certifications and a background in IT or related fields, even better!
