Whitin Application Development and Maintenance (ADM) Practice we are looking for an experienced Service Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience in multinational environments and delivery models involving offshore teams. It is essential that they have managed not only time management but also service costing, its evolutions, and improvements. A background in one of the following technologies (Salesforce, SAP, Custom development) is preferred, as well as certifications such as PMI, Prince, ITIL.

LONG DESCRIPTION

In this role you will play a key role in:

  • Lead and manage service delivery, ensuring alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations.
  • Organize and oversee project work, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget.
  • Interact with clients to understand their needs, provide updates, and address any issues.
  • Identify opportunities to sell additional services beyond the initial scope.
  • Ensure adherence to project scope, KPIs, and deliverables.
  • Measure and report on project performance, providing detailed and accurate reporting
