Responsibilities

Bring your expertise in service management to drive our service and installation teams to meet our customers’ needs.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Managing efficient workflow programming for a team of service technicians
  • Ensuring the successful service and/or installation of irrigation systems and projects.
  • Hands-on work with installations, repairs and service work on a variety of pumps and water systems, including stock water, solar pumps, drip irrigation, centre pivots, telemetry, control, pumping and filtration stations.
  • Ensuring projects are completed with maximum efficiency.
  • Building strong relationships and working collaboratively with others.
  • Communication with internal and external clients to ensure clear expectations are being met.
  • Record keeping and invoicing works completed.
  • Ensuring safety systems are implemented and followed.
