POSITION OVERVIEW:

We are seeking a dynamic Service Manager to lead our Riverton Service Department as part of our ongoing commitment to improving customer service and satisfaction. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you’ll oversee daily operations within the service department, ensuring efficient processes, quality repairs, and exceptional customer experiences. While technical expertise is not required, a solid understanding of agricultural machinery and a background in agriculture is preferred. This role also requires strong leadership, time management, and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in managing service teams, including hiring, training, and performance management.
  • Sound understanding of agricultural machinery; technical expertise not required.
  • Background in agriculture is preferred.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work under pressure while managing multiple priorities.
  • Familiarity with service management software and basic computer applications.

  • Compliance: Ensure all work is performed according to safety standards and company policies, adhering to relevant regulations.
  • Training and Development: Plan, organize, and provide technical support and training to enhance the skills and performance of technicians and apprentices.
