Vacancy Position: Service/AMC Manager
Salary Range: AED. 15000 - 17000 + Other Benefits
Work Location: Jebel Ali Freezone, Dubai, UAE
Job Purpose: Lead and local/oversee AMC contracts, warranty, and paid service activities; drive customer satisfaction, safety, and profitability; implement efficient service processes and continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
· Experience in service management (AMC, warranty, field service preferred).
· Strong leadership, communication, and data-driven decision-making skills.
· Proficiency with MS Office 365 business Central / ERP / SAP software.
· Work Environment: Office-based with field site visits; travel as needed.
Reporting To: Head of Operations/MD
Direct Reports: Service Supervisors, Service Coordinators, Technicians (as applicable)

Responsibilities

· Manage AMC, warranty, and paid service operations; ensure profitability and policy compliance.
· Set and track department goals aligned with budget and customer satisfaction; take corrective actions as needed.
· Monthly warranty reviews; ensure vendor compliance and address repeat claims; report root causes to management.
· Ensure technicians’ PMs and maintenance knowledge for all laundry equipment; organize regular training.
· Maintain strong customer relationships and secure appreciation/references.
· Schedule and conduct field visits to generate sales (warranty, paid, and AMC).
· Conduct quarterly on-site audits for AMC customers; hold quarterly cross-department meetings.
· Coordinate with project handover teams to mobilize resources (parts, labor) as required.
· Coordinate with Parts for inventory/reorder levels; ensure timely part availability.
· Monitor and address manufacturer defects; keep management informed.
· Review daily activity schedules; optimize resource utilization.
· Establish pricing for paid services; manage AMC renewals (3 months prior) and invoicing.
· Provide technical support to close service jobs quickly; arrange site visits as needed.
· Develop and enforce customer interaction guidelines, handle complaints per policy.
· Promote safety, ensure proper tools, PPE, appearance and safety gear acknowledgments.
· Propose department improvements at management meetings; track KPIs for the team.
