What You’ll Do: Lead and mentor a maintenance team to deliver outstanding service. Manage daily maintenance operations, work orders, and preventive care. Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, appliances). Complete work orders with efficiency and attention to detail. Ensure the community is safe, functional, and well-maintained. Coordinate with vendors and contractors as needed. Deliver excellent service with a friendly, can-do attitude.
