Service Manager, Bioenergy We are looking for a Service Manager to maintain and further develop our customer relationships in Bioenergy business unit. Bioenergy business unit provides market-leading product and service for Supply Chain Management in the energy production business, Once by Pinja. The success and long term customer engagement in Finland and abroad are accomplished by a team of professional Service Managers. As a Service Manager, you will: Work in active, daily collaboration with customers. Ensure smooth production operations and service reliability. Recognize and realize after-sales potential. Manage customer projects and drive their development. Cooperate closely with our development teams to enhance our products. What helps you succeed Strong customer collaboration skills, curiosity and problem-solving ability are key assets in this role. You should also bring: Proven capability in service management, encompassing service delivery oversight, incident and problem management, and a commitment to continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. Familiar with ITIL practices and ensuring that service performance meets agreed SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, advanced project management skills, including experience in planning, executing, and delivering digital or business transformation projects on time and within scope. Skilled in stakeholder management, risk assessment and resource coordination. Demonstrated business acumen and a solid understanding of customer business processes, ideally within supply chain management or the energy industry. Ability to learn quickly and translate customer needs into practical and value-adding digital solutions. Excellent communication, collaboration, and IT skills, enabling effective interaction between technical experts and business stakeholders. Fluent in Finnish and English, both written and spoken. You understand your customers’ supply chain and production structures and can identify areas for improvement and growth. You are also aware of your customer agreements and ensure they are fulfilled with quality and care.
