At Bobby & Steve’s Auto World, we’re looking for an Automotive Service Manager to oversee daily shop operations, build lasting guest relationships, and lead a high-performing service team. As a Service Manager, you’ll be more than a leader—you’ll be a trusted advisor, ensuring guests leave with safe, reliable transportation and a 5-Star experience. What You’ll Do: Oversee daily service department operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and profitability. Drive department success by achieving sales and expense targets. Build strong guest relationships through friendly service, clear communication, and timely resolution of concerns. Maintain customer records, follow-up systems, and loyalty programs. Implement and monitor digital vehicle inspections for quality and transparency. Generate new business by connecting with past customers, local fleets, and community businesses. Recruit, hire, train, and coach service team members to deliver outstanding results. Foster a positive, professional work environment built on teamwork and accountability. What You Bring: 5+ years of experience in an automotive service department. Strong leadership and customer service skills. Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and follow up effectively. Solid business acumen and understanding of service operations. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Tire knowledge a plus. Qualifications Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shop for most of the workday. Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
