Are you an experienced leader within Adult Social Care or Mental Health Supported Living, looking for your next challenge? Due to an internal promotion, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Service Manager to lead our Mental Health Supported Living services, supporting adults with complex mental health needs to live independently, safely and with dignity within their communities. About the Role As Service Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day running of our supported living service, Mary Seacole House, located in Bolton, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred and recovery-focused support. You will lead and inspire staff teams, drive compliance and service improvement and work closely with external professionals, commissioners and stakeholders to ensure services remain safe, effective, caring, responsive and well-led. This role is ideal for someone passionate about mental health recovery, quality care and developing high-performing teams.
