We are seeking an experienced and driven Service Manager to lead the Service team at Boyer Chevrolet Buick GMC Ajax. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional service experiences.

• Oversee all daily operations of the Service Department.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive department performance.
• Ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and service policies.
• Optimize shop workflow, technician efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate scheduling, work order processing, and cost control.
• Manage, support, and develop service advisors, technicians, and admin staff.
• Foster a safe, clean, and professional work environment.
• Work closely with executive leadership to support dealership goals and profitability.
