Centre Director – Busy Bees at Kalgoorlie Location: Kalgoorlie, WA Licensed Capacity: 100 Salary Range: $43.93 – $49.37 (dependent on experience) About the Role At Busy Bees at Kalgoorlie, we are searching for an experienced and inspiring Centre Director to lead our team and provide exceptional education and care for children in our Hive. As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for: Leading and mentoring a team of dedicated educators. Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS) and regulatory requirements. Building strong, collaborative relationships with families and the local community. Driving the delivery of high-quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF). Overseeing centre operations including staffing, compliance, budgets, and occupancy. What You’ll Need Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved). Minimum 2 years’ experience in a leadership or Centre Director role. Strong understanding of EYLF, NQS, and regulatory frameworks. Current WA Working with Children Check.
