POSITION SUMMARY:

Carlisle Country Club is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and service-driven Restaurant Manager / Private
Events Coordinator to join our leadership team. This dual-role position is ideal for a hospitality professional with strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering outstanding dining and event experiences.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the à la carte dining operations for members and their guests, while also supporting the coordination and execution of private events and golf outings. This is a highly visible, hands-on position requiring a commitment to excellence and a keen ability to multitask in a fast-paced, member-focused environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3+ years of experience in restaurant or club management; private club experience preferred.
  • Experience in event planning and coordination is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office; event management software experience a plus.
  • Commitment to providing exceptional member and guest service.
