Now Hiring: Service Manager The Service Manager plays a key role as the liaison between customers and technicians. This individual is responsible for managing service intake, task delegation, processing, and job completion. Key Responsibilities: Communicate effectively with customers regarding vehicle/equipment issues and repair options. Create accurate estimates and ensure all service requests are properly documented. Obtain and update Purchase Orders (POs) and Repair Orders (ROs) with detailed descriptions. Monitor the progress of all repairs and delegate tasks to appropriate technicians. Review all service paperwork for accuracy and completeness. Understand and apply warranty coverage guidelines. Enforce all company purchasing programs and standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and OSHA-compliant work environment. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Minimum 5 years of experience in an automotive or truck repair environment. Previous supervisory or management experience preferred. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Proven ability to diagnose and communicate repair needs clearly. Must pass MVR check, DOT physical, drug screening, and background check.
