Responsibilities
  • Dealing with any customer issues and complaints.
  • Ongoing monitoring and working to monthly, quarterly and annual targets, in order to maximise profitability.
  • To maximise commercial opportunities, monitoring customer needs to maintain high levels of customer service.
  • To effectively, market and sell service plans and warranties.
  • To be able to demonstrate a good level of people management and hold monthly reviews with all of your team
