You will build and maintain solid customer relationships, enhance customer experience, increase profitability, and develop capability within your team. Responsibilities include leading and supporting your people, engaging with customers to add value to their relationship with us, developing and delivering plans aligned to organisational strategy, maximising operational profitability, and providing accurate reporting and forecasting.
