As a Service Manager, your duties will include: Overseeing and managing mechanical and tire services Setting quality standards and maintaining the quality of all shop activities Ensuring completion of shop maintenance and repair work Addressing customer complaints and inquiries in a courteous, professional manner Advising technicians of work that must be completed Ensuring technicians compliance with company standards regarding quality, safety, and customer service Managing the morale in the shop by setting and demonstrating a strong business ethic for dealing with employees, suppliers and customers Maintaining the cleanliness of the shop Our ideal candidate has/is: 3-5 years’ experience as a Service Manager, Service Advisor providing Service Estimation or Automotive Service Technician Knowledge of mechanical services Effective leadership skills, with a strong focus on operations and business processes High level of integrity and accountability A customer service focus Ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with team members and customers Strong communication, and interpersonal skills Continuously looking to learn and use new skills and the demonstrated ability to recognize opportunities for improvements Flexible, patient, and calm when working with tight schedules Interested and qualified?
