Description
We are looking for a full time employee (40 hours/week or as agreed) for a Service Desk / Receptionist position. Epicenter is an innovation hub for growth companies. Under one roof, you'll find an inspiring community, a wide range of growth-focused events, and coworking, office, and event spaces. Epicenter first opened its doors in Stockholm in 2016. Today, Epicenter operates similar hubs in both Oslo and Helsinki. Every year, Epicenter hosts more than 600 events ranging from meetings to conferences, and provides office space for over 500 companies in its facilities. A typical day in this role would include tasks such as: Keeping meeting rooms tidy and organized Managing keys and access control Sorting and distributing mail Welcoming and assisting visitors Responding to inquiries about our facilities via email Helping customers with questions and requests Organizing various community events for our members and clients Working hours are primarily between 7:30 AM and 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. This position would be a great fit for someone who: Has previous experience in similar roles or a strong desire to learn Possesses excellent problem-solving skills Has outstanding customer service skills and genuinely enjoys working with people Is organized and detail-oriented Is proficient in at least in Dutch and English Has basic knowledge of office-related equipment (video conferencing systems, displays, etc.) Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva) is considered a plus. We will be conducting interviews throughout the application period and will fill the position as soon as a suitable candidate is found. Ideally, the successful candidate would start no later than 1st of September
Responsibilities
The role involves managing the service desk and reception, including welcoming visitors and handling facility inquiries. Responsibilities also include maintaining meeting rooms, managing access control, and organizing community events.
