The Role We are looking for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Service Centre at our Weatherill Park site and deliver outstanding support to our customers. In this role, you will oversee daily operations, manage a team of technicians, and ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. What you’ll be doing: As a Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include: Service Centre Operations Manage the day-to-day running of the service centre Schedule and oversee repairs, servicing, and maintenance of equipment Diagnose and coordinate repairs for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and engine issues Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and on time Handle parts ordering, job invoicing, and service records Prepare service reports, quotes, and warranty claims Respond to urgent repair requests when needed Build strong relationships with customers and dealers Help grow the service centre by building a strong customer base Team Leadership Lead, train, and support service technicians and apprentices Plan and coordinate team workloads Monitor work quality and team performance Recruit and onboard new team members Ensure a safe, compliant, and positive work environment Business & Performance Manage budgets and track service centre performance Drive service revenue and control costs Maintain accurate records and documentation Work closely with sales and technical teams What we’re looking for Good leadership and team management skills Strong communication and customer service skills Well-organised with good time management Experience working with mechanical equipment (e.g. turf, construction, tractors, or similar) Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Ability to read technical drawings and use diagnostic tools Comfortable using computers and systems Additional requirements Valid Australian driver’s licence Ability to travel when required Why Join us? Responsibilities
