Green Queen Pest Control?is hiring a Service Manager to help us deliver top-notch Pest Control services. Our ideal candidate is someone who has a passion for helping customers, understands the importance of using environmentally responsible Pest Control treatments, and wants to expand their knowledge in our industry.? Daily Operations Supervise all field technicians and oversee the services they perform. Conduct daily meetings with each technician to review performance, service quality, and daily expectations. Prepare and generate daily performance metrics prior to meetings. Ensure each technician is fully prepared for the day with proper supplies, tools, and equipment before leaving the office. Serve as the primary point of contact for service-related questions from field technicians and office staff. Vehicle and Equipment Oversight Manage all field technicians regarding their vehicles, equipment, and related supplies. Perform daily vehicle and equipment inspections during technician meetings. Issue write-ups for any damage to vehicles or equipment, including attempts to conceal damage. Recommend further disciplinary action, up to and including termination, to the Branch Manager. Serve as the direct point of contact for all vehicle and equipment concerns. Coordinate with the Branch Manager for approval of all vehicle and equipment repairs. Qualifications Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred. Strong communication, organizational, and accountability skills. Ability to manage performance issues professionally and consistently. Experience in field service operations, fleet management, or related industries is a plus.
Responsibilities
The Service Manager will supervise all field technicians, conduct daily performance reviews, and ensure technicians are prepared with necessary supplies and equipment for their daily services. This role also involves managing all field technician vehicles and equipment, including performing daily inspections and coordinating necessary repairs.
