Fort Worth Nissan is seeking an experienced Service Manager for our busy, growing Service Department. Candidates must have automotive dealership experience. Nissan experience is preferred. The right candidate will have a stable work history and have a passion for the automotive industry.
The Service Manager will focus on making customer satisfaction the priority for our individual and commercial fleet accounts, throughout all levels of our service department personnel.

JOB DESCRIPTION ⁄ SUMMARY:
The Service Manager is responsible for the overall production of timely vehicle repairs and serves as the main support for Service Advisors and Auto Technicians.
Service Managers manage and hire technicians, service advisors, and support personnel.
Solves problems and meets predetermined services and sales objectives.
Directly supervises service department personnel; carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and procedures.
Upholds and maintains company and manufacturer policies and procedures.
Ensures proper processes are executed to evaluate, up-sell work that generates revenue, communicate clearly with customers, explains vehicle maintenance services as well as auto repair, develops estimates and quotes, focuses on customer satisfaction.
Generates repeat customers and provides resolutions of customer complaints.
Hire, train and motivate employees in the Service Department.
Creates work schedules and maintains proper accounting of Service Technicians’ productivity.
Acts as lead liaison from the Service Department to all other dealership departments.
Oversees Employee training and development.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must have Service Manager experience
Nissan experience preferred but not required
Strong training, motivational and leadership skills
Track record of success and integrity
Solid administrative ability
