Team is very strong, established and works well with each other. * Responsible for hiring, motivating and developing diesel technicians * Complete profit and loss responsibilities including expense control and attainment of revenue goals * Maintain superior customer service (CSI) through dealership culture * Work directly with employees and customers to develop relationships. * Growth of the service department sales business, build rapport with customers & enjoy doing business with customers & venders. * Provide training and support to team * Supervise a very talented department (Technicians, Warranty Specialist, Service Advisors) Qualifications * Consistent track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales goals * Minimum high school diploma or GED equivalent required * Knowledge of ADP (CDK) - preferred * Minimum 3-5 years of automotive experience - preferred * Minimum 5 years of Management experience – required * Excellent communication, common sense and problem solving * Excellent customer service skills * Strong computer and phone skills * Professional and work ethic * Ambitious, goal oriented, and able to work within a dynamic & fun environment * Great Leader & Hard working * Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR) Apply today, as we are conducting in person interviews for this position.
