SERVICE MANAGER  – FORD DEALERSHIP Location: Somerville NJ / Randolph NJ  Compensation: $160,000 – $250,000 annually (performance-based) Benefits: Full Benefits Package + 401(k) ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY We are a high-volume, growth-oriented Multi Ford dealership group seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead and elevate our Service operations. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing a strong service team, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while maximizing profitability.
