As a Service Manager, you will manage day-to-day the hotel’s service departments and ensure they operate seamlessly. Also, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless and profitable operation and that the service provided to guests meets or exceeds their expectations with care by following the company’s SOPs. Responsibilities Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of all service restaurants within the hotel Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by consistently delivering exceptional service Maintain and implement standard operating procedures to ensure smooth and efficient restaurant operations Oversee staffing requirements, including training and performance management Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings Handle guest feedback and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and effective manner 2+ years of experience in a managerial role in the food and beverage industry, preferably in a luxury hotel or resort setting Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is preferred Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations Excellent leadership and team management skills Exceptional customer service and communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset Competitive salary and other benefits Advanced Opportunities for professional growth Participation in educational programs
