Key Responsibilities * Ensure completion of PB clients’ transactions related to FD and CASA. * Respond to any queries/complaints by PB clients and keep the PB Relationship Managers (PBRMs) updated on the progress. * Ensure PB clients’ applications for Mortgage, Overseas Mortgage (GBP), Term Loan, Overdraft, Credit Card and Bank Guarantee are complete with the necessary documents and submit it to the respective fulfilment teams for further action. * Cross-sell other Consumer Banking products (credit card) to PB clients. * Ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements as well as the Bank’s policies & procedures.
Responsibilities
The Service Manager is responsible for managing private banking client transactions, including loans, mortgages, and credit cards. They also handle client queries and complaints while ensuring full compliance with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
