EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Require at least 2 years of managerial working experience in food and beverage service or a comparable position in the hospitality industry.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills to build and lead a collaborative team to achieve the company’s goals.
  • With exceptional technical, interpersonal, and communication skills to foster a positive and safe work environment, motivate teams, and seek new challenges
  • Conflict management skills are essential for meeting guest and employee satisfaction independently.
  • With comprehensive knowledge to utilize Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and POS systems
  • Note that social media platforms (such as Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter) are preferred.
  • Familiarize yourself with safety, sanitation, and food-handling procedures.
  • Ability to conduct oneself calmly and effectively under pressure
  • Solutions-oriented and detail-oriented individual with a high degree of professionalism
  • Passionate about food and beverage and customer service
  • Valid Smart Serve Certificate is a MUST
  • A valid Driver’s license is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure proper service staffing to maximize productivity and maintain high-quality food and service, thereby exceeding guests’ satisfaction.
  • Emphasize to ensure consistency with our standard of set portion sizes, presentation, taste, and texture.
  • Proper delegation of tasks is planned and implemented.
  • Provide excellent guest service for table service, guest inquiry, and promote the restaurant.
  • Promote professional work habits, encourage associates to act with integrity, and recognize this trait in others; reward them appropriately.
  • Addresses guests ' feedback and complaints immediately for problem-solving effectively
  • Order and purchase the service inventories and supplies to maintain an adequate par level while ensuring the operation runs smoothly and exceeds guests’ expectations
  • Follow through with all repairs and maintenance, and notify the owners of any work that is required.
  • Coordinate and deal with regular governmental inspection (e.g., health and fire prevention inspectors)
