The role of Service Manager involves working closely with the senior team, General Manager, and Clinical Lead to effectively manage budgets, uphold safety standards, and meet contractual and performance requirements.
Key responsibilities include providing leadership and professional development for staff, overseeing resource and budget management, and ensuring compliance with legal and professional standards.
