We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Service Manager to lead our Home and Community operations in Thomastown, Victoria. This role will play a critical part in shaping and delivering life-changing services that empower individuals with disabilities to live fulfilling lives while leading a passionate team to provide tailored, person-centred support.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact by building services from the ground up, including establishing and managing Supported Independent Living (SIL) services. Your leadership will ensure the seamless operation of programs, the development of high-performing teams, and the delivery of exceptional outcomes for customers and their families.
