Invercare is expanding — and we’re looking for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead the way in our new supported living services. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing organisation at a pivotal moment, helping to shape and embed high standards of care from the very beginning.

As Service Manager, you will be at the forefront of delivering outstanding supported living services. You’ll recruit, develop, and inspire a dedicated team while overseeing the day-to-day operations of our services. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on building teams, developing services, and driving positive outcomes for the individuals we support.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading, managing, and developing staff teams across current and new services
• Ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation and regulatory standards
• Overseeing service registration and maintaining high standards of care delivery
• Building strong working relationships with external professionals
• Promoting a trauma-informed, ethical approach to care from day one
• Supporting the strategic growth and expansion of services in the region
