We are seeking a qualified, growth oriented Service Manager in our Seattle/Kirkland Office.
The Roofing Service Manager provides first class customer service to new and existing customers while maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction. The Service Manager promotes repeat and referral business which is critical to the long-term success, growth objectives, and profitability of the company.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 3 years of Management experience in the roofing industry
  • Knowledge of composition roofing and/or low slope installations
  • Knowledge of all commercial and residential roof systems and accessories
  • Proficient in technology including MS Office and basic computer software
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent presentation skills
