We are on the search for a strong leader that has a good understanding of how an Automotive workshop should run. Keith Andrews Trucks, NZ’s largest Fuso dealership and a key supplier of Freightliner and Mercedes-Benz commercial vehicles, is looking for a Service Manager to lead our Hamilton team. This is a pivotal role where you’ll manage a high-performing service department, build strong customer relationships, and ensure safe, efficient, and profitable operations. What you’ll do: Lead and manage the service team to deliver outstanding results and top-tier customer service. Ensure efficient workflow, correct allocation of staff and resources, and high-quality workmanship. Build strong relationships with key clients, providing technical support and training as needed. Monitor and drive performance to meet financial and operational targets. Champion health, safety, and environmental best practices. Oversee team development, apprenticeships, and staff training programmes. Stay up to date with product knowledge across Fuso, Freightliner, and Mercedes-Benz brands. What we’re looking for: Proven leadership experience in a service or workshop environment – MUST BE IN automotive or heavy transport Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills. Class 4/5 Driver License preferred Excellent communication and relationship management abilities. A customer-first mindset and commitment to continuous improvement.
