Overview The brand new “LAKEWEST FORD LINCOLN” are seeking a dedicated and experienced Service Manager to lead our automotive service department. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in auto service management and dealership experience, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves overseeing service operations, managing a team of technicians, and ensuring that all automotive repairs and maintenance are performed to the highest standards.

SKILLS

  • Strong dealership experience with a focus on auto service management.
  • Proficient in automotive diagnostics and mechanical knowledge.
  • Experience in vehicle maintenance, including oil changes, brake repair, transmissions, alignment, suspension, tire service, diesel engine repair, shocks & struts, and air brake systems.
  • Background in auto body repair is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle cash transactions effectively.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
