JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Manager to lead our service department who has a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. As a Service Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the service department scheduling service calls, speaking with commercial and residential customers and overseeing shop work.

EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in the glass business is a plus but we are willing to train the right person.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with customers and staff.
• Basic computer skills.
• Drivers license and reliable transportation.
• Some lifting is required.

  Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year

• Intake of new and existing customer service calls and walk ins.
• Enter customer information into our software.
• Speak with customers to discuss needs.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and addressing customer concerns promptly.
• Schedule an estimate or work order
• Submit invoicing to the accounting department.
• Order non stock items for customers.
• Monitor inventory.
• Schedule and supervise shop work.
• Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
